When will I receive my order?

Your order delivery date will depend on which shipping option you chose at the checkout. Please refer to our shipping rates here

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns on any unworn jewellery (unfortunately not earrings) returned within 14 days of purchase. All returns info is under our shipping and returns section of the website.

What if my order is damaged or faulty?

Please contact us at oi@hoopsandchains.com if your order is damaged or faulty so we can authorise your return. All faulty or damaged product can be returned within 30 days of receiving it.

Can I return earrings?

Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of earrings unless they are faulty.

Can I cancel my order?

Please email us at oi@hoopsandchains.com as soon as you realise you want to cancel your order and we will do our best to cancel it. 

Can I amend my order?

We will always try to amend your order for you. Just contact us as soon as you can!

Is there a warranty on your jewellery?

All Hoops + Chains jewellery comes with a 30 day warranty from date of purchase. If you're not happy with the quality of your item, please contact us straight away to let us know.

Do you do gift wrapping?

All of our items come packed in our super cute AF bright pink and red eco boxes. Perfect for any gift! (Don't worry, we don't include any invoices or paperwork with orders.)

How can I pay for my order?

We've got you! We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, ApplePay and Paypal. If you want to pay in 30 days, please check out Klarna!

How do I use a promo code?

Please enter your promo code in the promo box at the checkout to apply your discount.
